1. Customer to visit www.shoppersstopbeautydelight.com and enter the voucher code and fill-up the form (Name, Mobile Number, Email ID), select their preferred hobby session and click Submit. The customer will receive an OTP.

2. Enter the OTP code and visit the booking tab to select your preferred reward. 

3. Customer to fill up the required details such as city, venue, date and time slot and click submit. Booking is to be made a minimum of 2 days in advance to a maximum of 7 days in advance. (Customers will be asked to give 2 options on the microsite to ensure seamless experience). Customer will receive a “booking received” email/SMS. 

4. On Confirmation of booking - Customer will get a Booking confirmation SMS & email 24 hours prior to the booking date. (Customers will receive a call from the Concierge representative 24 hours prior only in case of any changes/non-availability.). Customer must show their Booking email/SMS at the venue & enjoy their experience.

Note: Direct walk-in customers who have not followed the above process are not entertained at the venue. All customers are requested to make reservations in advance using the steps mentioned above.
