TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 FREE ACTIVITY SESSION PROMOTIONAL OFFER
1. DEFINITIONS:
• “Offer” means the promotional entitlement to one (1) complimentary activity session.
• “Voucher” means the unique code issued to the eligible end user for redemption of the Offer.
• “Promoter” means Shoppers Stop Limited.
• “Program Manager” means Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (BigCity Promotions)
• “Participating Venue” means third-party service providers offering eligible activities under this Offer.
• “User” / “Voucher Holder” means the individual redeeming the Offer.
• “Personal Data” shall have the meaning ascribed under applicable data protection laws in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).
2. OFFER ENTITLEMENT:
2.1 The Voucher entitles the User to avail one (1) complimentary session of any one of the following activities from Monday to Sunday, subject to availability:
• Dance Session
• Sports Session (Pickleball)
• Music Session
• Yoga Session
2.2 The Offer is valid only at Participating Venues in select cities in India.
2.3 The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no monetary value.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
3.1 The Offer is open to residents of India.
3.2 Children aged 8 to 17 years may avail the Offer, except for Yoga sessions, subject to venue-specific conditions and parental/guardian consent.
3.3 The Offer is not available to employees, agents, distributors of the Promoter, Program Manager, or their immediate family members.
4. BOOKING AND REDEMPTION:
4.1 Redemption is strictly through prior booking via authorized channels. Walk-ins shall not be entertained.
4.2 A minimum of two (2) days and a maximum of seven (7) days’ advance booking is required. Venue blackout dates apply.
4.3 The User must provide accurate details at the time of booking. No changes to the visiting party shall be permitted post confirmation.
4.4 The Voucher shall be deemed redeemed in case of:
• No-show; or
• Failure to cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled booking.
4.5 Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 48 hours in advance, else the voucher will be deemed as redeemed and no further queries will be entertained in this regard.
5. USER OBLIGATIONS:
5.1 The User must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the venue, clearly mentioning their name and date of birth for verification.
5.2 The User shall arrange and bear the cost of any required equipment, apparel, or additional services unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.3 Any additional persons accompanying the User shall be charged directly by the Participating Venue at applicable rates.
5.4 The User agrees to comply with all safety guidelines, rules, and instructions issued by the Participating Venue.
6. VENUE TERMS:
6.1 Participating Venues reserve the right to:
• Impose age, height, dress code, or safety restrictions
• Modify timings, availability, and conditions of participation
6.2 The duration and nature of the activity may vary across venues.
6.3 The Promoter and Program Manager do not guarantee availability on specific dates. Alternate dates or venues may be offered within a reasonable range.
7. LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:
7.1 Only one (1) Voucher may be used per person, per household, per mobile number/email ID, per booking, and per group.
7.2 Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
7.3 Photocopied, altered, damaged, or tampered Vouchers shall be deemed invalid.
7.4 Participating Venue cannot guarantee the availability of the experience for any additional individuals, children, accompanying the voucher holder. The voucher holder is requested to call the venue in advance to check the availability for additional guests who are to accompany them and pay in advance directly to the venue prior to their date of booking.
8. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS:
8.1 The Promoter and Program Manager act solely as facilitators and shall not be responsible for:
• Quality, safety, or delivery of services by Participating Venues
• Any injury, loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the experience
8.2 The User participates in the activity at their own risk.
8.3 All disputes regarding service quality must be addressed directly with the Participating Venue or Program Manager.
9. FORCE MAJEURE:
The Promoter shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, technical failures, or network disruptions.
10. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer without the prior notice, subject to applicable law.
11. INDEMNITY:
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and Program Manager against any losses, damages, expense or claims arising from:
• Breach of these Terms;
• Misuse of the Voucher;
• Conduct at Participating Venues.
• Violation of applicable laws.
12. DATA PRIVACY:
12.1 The Promoter and Program Manager shall collect and process Personal Data strictly in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules thereunder.
12.2 Personal Data collected may include name, contact details, age, identification details, and booking-related information, and shall be processed for the purposes of:
• Administering the Offer;
• Facilitating bookings with Participating Venues;
• Customer support and communication.
12.3 By availing the Offer, the User provides consent for the collection and processing of their Personal Data for the above purposes.
12.4 Personal Data may be shared with Participating Venues and service providers strictly on a need-to-know basis for fulfillment of the Offer.
12.5 The User shall have the right to:
• Access information about their Personal Data;
• Request correction or erasure of Personal Data;
• Withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
12.6 Reasonable security safeguards shall be implemented to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

13. DATA AND COMMUNICATION:
13.1 Standard telecom charges may apply for booking-related communication.
13.2 Users registered under DND may not receive SMS confirmations.
14. VALIDITY:
14.1 Last date for registration: [DD.MM.2026]
14.2 Offer validity: [DD.MM.2026] (up to 150 days from the program start)
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. ACCEPTANCE:
By using the Voucher, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
